6. CONCLUSION |

In this project video compression techniques has been studied and developed a new video compression algorithm. In quantization a new method has been explored to match the specific needs in wavelet coefficients. Experiments demonstrate that quality based compression with ZTE coding can encode the video up to 90% ratio with PSNR of 30 dB.
